Matthew Fleeger’s greatest strength was the identification of problems associated with industry and finding cheap solutions. Therefore the medical waste company was a success before he sold it to Stericycle, Inc.
Significant success at MedSolutions made Matthew Fleeger come back to his family business. He took over the company’s management and soon introduced some of the company’s significant growth initiatives. He introduced Joint Ventures that was responsible for the company’s partnership and acquisitions. He could easily attract investors due to his honesty and integrity in whatever responsibility entrusted to him.
While enjoying success at Gulf Coast Western, Matthew Fleeger joined the tanning industry and created two companies that later became a success. Palm Beach Tan became the biggest indoor tanning company, whereas Mystic Tan became the biggest spray-on tanning franchise. Such a lucrative career path started when Matthew Fleeger graduated from Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s in BA. Also, he is a philanthropist, giving donations to charitable organizations like Sadie Keller Foundation
