Kevin Plank grew up like a lot of other kids. He enjoyed being actively involved in sports. He remembers loving everything about playing sports except how sticky and uncomfortable his own clothing used to make him feel. He remembers always wishing for sports apparel that would wick away the sweat instead of leaving you soaking wet and uncomfortable. Kevin Plank went on about his life. He finished grade school and then went off to college. He pursued his degree, but he always thought back to the feeling that he had when he was trying to enjoy his sporting activities.
He knew that he was not the only athlete that could feel this way. He wanted to do something about it. He decided that he was going to start his own company and design his own sports apparel. A lot of work had to be done to start this business. He had to go through quite a bit of research to find the perfect type of material to create the sports apparel from. After finding the perfect type of material he began designing the different types of apparel. He ended up naming the business Under Armour.
Throughout the years Under Armour has grown into a huge business. They are providing people with every type of sports apparel that they could possibly imagine from t-shirts to outwear, shoes to socks, and even hats and hair bands. Under Armour has so much to offer their customers and they plan to continue expanding their network. Kevin Plank is very proud of how far he has brought this business throughout the years. When he first started he had no idea what he was doing, but throughout the years he has beat all odds. Kevin Plank has a very good looking future up ahead of him.
