Zilch's BNPL Solution: Fintech's Next Unicorn

Zilch is a UK-based venture that offers shoppers BNPL cards to use in retail stores without additional fees. As the number of people signing up for the Zilch BNPL card increases, the financial initiative is closing its current funding to focus on the unique payment system. Zilch launched its first free BNPL card to enable consumers to shop at online stores that accept MasterCard.

Reviewers describe it as the upcoming shopping revolution. The virtual card has no interest rate, and users can use it to shop in over ten thousand online stores, including GAME, Amazon, Nike, eBay, Hype, ASOS, Adidas, and many more. Users use the card to pay an upfront fee of twenty-five percent for their product and clear the rest in the next six weeks. Another advantage is users can use the card to shop at in-store shops.

According to Zilch, there is over $10 million funding to accommodate the topnotch BNPL scheme. The scheme lets Zilch connect with their consumers rather than retailers. Zilch will use the fund to expand its payment system rollout and customer outreach to accommodate the ever-growing sign-up list.

Zilch’s approach to the BNPL solution has grown out of their strong proficiency for installment cards in developing countries like South America and South Africa. The Chief Executive Officer of Zilch, Philip Belamant, says they combine card products and installment benefits to give the best to their customers whenever they are, at any time. They believe the current generation should have whatever they want at any time without getting financial penalties.
