For 22 years Steve Ritchie has been serving in one of the largest pizza restaurants in the United States of America. The President and the Chief Executive Officer of Papa Johns’ joined the firm serving as the sales representative and through hard work and commitment was able to climb the career ladder through the years in the company. Steve Ritchie developed interest in food business especially pizza at a very young age when he first bought pizza. After school he directly went to work at Papa John’s and he did well in the business making major improvements in the food company. Through his leadership Papa Johns’ was able to start operations in other nations and even partner with other franchises as well as corporates.
Steve Ritchie is a Kentucky native and a first in a family of three. The pizza President was raised by both his parents and his father served at Ford which is a motor company. Steve Richie graduated from Seneca High School based in Louisville. During his schooling he did not only love the kitchen but he was also good in the fields and he did well in both the basketball as well as baseball. In an interview conducted Ritchie mentioned that is was through hard work and commitment that he got his positions and the achievement.
Ritchie did not think that one day he will serve as the President or even the Chief Executive Officer of pizza firm, he mentioned that yes, he was in love with the food industry but he did not think of holding such top positions. During his tenure at Papa Johns’ Steve Ritchie said that he learned about hard work and putting effort in his work as well as education and building a strong working team. Today Steve still lives in Louisville together with his family and when he is free he enjoys participating in games and watching games events.
