Jeremy Goldstein and Employment law

Jeremy Goldstein is a professionally trained lawyer from New York University School of Law with a history of studying legal studies from the University of Chicago and Cornell University. He is passionate about employment law, and through it, he has been transforming lives. He secured employment at a law firm working with global companies like Merck, Miller Brewing Company, and Verizon Wireless, which gave him a worthy start for his career.

Jeremy Goldstein handled most of the cases that arose in the world of employment in this local firm. Having the experience to address most of the complex contract conflicts, he grew a strong interest in creating a plan for solving such cases in an improved mindset. His desire for change and problem solving led him to start his law firm while at Law School.

Jeremy L. Goldstein & Associates, headed by Jeremy, directed all their resources and time into legal matters on corporate governance and executive compensation. His first formal encounter was at the American Bar Association’s Business Section, where he was the subcommittee’s chairman.

Jeremy believes in achieving efficiency at work, then the person involved must understand all incoming and outgoing factors around the employment law that may affect the business operations. The corporate governance framework is useful in understanding the company’s power structure and policy-making structures. This framework is also necessary to aid in understanding the intentions of investors.

The Corporate-governance framework is important in shaping a company successfully since it focuses on top management leaders whose decision-making impact is felt almost immediately. For example, important decisions affecting the investor and community relations are made within this framework.

Goldstein’s Law Firm recognizes that having a good leadership system ensures stock descriptions, guidelines of ownership of stocks, and articles of incorporation are transparent, indicating the company’s vision while promoting its clientele’ trust.

Jeremy Goldstein advocates for equal rights and interests of his clients. He introduced the non-compete agreement, which can be drafted during hiring by an employment specialist lawyer to avoid overstatement. It is used to protect the employer’s rights in case they are involved with employees who are working. By signing a non-compete, the employees are tied in non-engagement with your high clients when their contract comes to an end.

Goldstein recommends that every company ought to have an attorney. It’s crucial because there can be cases of rejection of a non-compete agreement by the court, especially where some employees might feel tired to work forcefully with your company.
