Edenilso Rossi Arnaldi is a leading business executive in Brazil who’s behind the establishment of Sial Engenharia. Rossi was born on July 27, 1962, in the District of Sumare, a neighborhood within a municipality of north Parana state. At age 17, he relocated to Maringa, a city situated 70 Kilometers from Paranavai, to work and pursue his studies.
Edenilso Rossi Arnaldi began his professional career at Banco Bradesco, where he worked as a clerk and later joined Maringa civil construction. His primary interest has always been civil construction. In 1990, he purchased his first company, Residencial Mares do Sul (Sial Engenharia). Edenilso decided to expand his business operations and moved to Cascavel, a city in Parana, between Maringa and Paranavai.
A decade later, Edenilso was appointed as the West of Parana Civil Construction Industry Union president. Rossi noted that his election to the union provides him an excellent opportunity to handle some of the most critical concerns in the industry. Following this election, his company emerged as one of the largest companies that helped execute works in different Brazilian states, such as Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Santa Catarina.
Between 2003 and 2004, Edenilso Rossi Arnaldi was the chairman of the Parana-based State Chamber of Civil Construction. Within the same time, he ventured into the farming of corn and soy. After joining this new sector, he affirmed that being a native Parana, he also wanted to be part of the production chain.
Edenilso Rossi Arnaldi finally ventured into real estate. He created Laguardia Empreendimentos, a firm dedicated to constructing and developing real estate. The company majorly focused on medium and small-sized works.
