According to him, the health crisis facing the world should not mean the end of the energy department. The industry recently registered the lowest commodity prices. Consumers are no longer in need of these products because they are not moving from one location to the other. With most governments asking their people to work from home, the situation might get worse. The imbalance in the industry is causing a lot of tension.

When the imbalance situation started, the billionaire asked oil manufacturers to store their products in tanks that are meant to stock surplus oil. Few weeks later, the Gazprom president said that the tanks were reaching their breaking point. There is so much pile up in the industry, and this is overwhelming everyone in the market. Boris Ivanov doesn’t know whether storing huge amounts of oil and gas is safe, and he is now urging companies to reduce their production until the health crisis is manageable. The tankers used, according to numerous experts, are not effective in storing the important commodity. There are many companies that focus on oil production. When all of these stakeholders work together, it will be very easy to handle the oil crisis and prepare for the future in a better way. Boris Ivanov is also asking his company associates to have hope for the future. The situation does not look good for most companies, but this will not last forever.
