The Savannah College of Art and Design, or SCAD is a unique school with significant museums, locations, premium events, and futuristic professional programs. It can be attended in Lacoste, France, or in two cities in Georgia: Savannah and Atlanta.
After its founding in 1978, the school has taught over 15,000 students, including Kayli Carter, who starred in the movie Godless, and Christopher John Rogers, a fashion designer who won the 2019 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. Go Here for more information.

The SCAD Museum of Art has intended historic preservation. The university’s first building is Poetter Hall, which covers SCADstory, which informs the history of the school and Paula Wallace, its Founder and President; and ShopSCAD, where people can buy faculty art and student art.
SCAD Savannah has restored over 60 buildings and therefore revolutionized the city of Savannah.
SCAD tuition
SCAD tuition is fairly priced. The projected total budget for an undergraduate with three-quarters of attendance that seeks housing in SCAD and gets 45 credit hours is $59,406, or when broken down into six parts: $38,340 for SCAD tuition, $15,348 for room and board, $1,569 for transportation, $1,917 for books and supplies, $66 for loan fees, and $2,166 for others like health care and entertainment. For a graduate, the tuition is $39,240 and the loan fees $216.
