Nicolas Krafft is a marketing and sales executive who has worked at L’Oreal for several decades. Krafft’s victory is based on three continents. He was tasked with leading sales, carrying out research of new products, expanding market growth, and defining the best market strategies. Nicolas Krafft pursued his course in finance and accounting at the University of St. Gallen. He later pursued his course in Product Management for professional hair care and hair color products at L’Oreal in Germany. Nicolas received a promotion in the company at a fast rate rising to the position of a marketing director taken to Paris to launch the L’Oreal Matrix brand in Asia.
Before being taken to Paris to be in charge of the Eastern Europe marketing and sales operation, he was in charge of the Baltic States and Romania. In 2014, Krafft took over as the vice president of the Global Business Development of L’Oréal’s brand in New York. Nicolas Krafft spends most of his leisure time with charitable organizations to help the less fortunate children. One of his significant achievements is renovating for these charities two education centers. He has also participated in Hamburg and New York marathons.
Nicolas Krafft developed the idea to come up with his company while working in Canada as a Junior Product Manager. A combination of the role and his skills in finance and accounting helped develop his interest in Entrepreneurship. His main area of specialization was product development. In 2009, Krafft moved to Eastern Europe, where he was in charge of Baltics and Romania. The role he was given in Eastern Europe was implementing changes with the little funds in the states that were hit so much by the global financial crisis. It is while at Eastern Europe that he learned how to handle tough situations. He was eventually transferred to Paris as the Deputy General Manager of the Eastern Europe Zone.
In 2014, he went to New York to help L’Oreal maximize its productivity outside North America. As a successful entrepreneur, Krafft’s advice to everyone within Paris, North America, and the entire world is to be organized, focused, and open to succeed in business.
