Pam Baer is one of the few women who have taken up the San Francisco challenge to support her community.
Pamela Baer is a proud mother of four children and a wife to the Chief Executive Officer of San Francisco Giants, Larry Baer. Pamela Baer was born and raised in Texas, where she attended her bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance at Texas University.
After her studies, Pamela Baer decided to move to New York City, where she began her career in the fiancé sector. Notably, Pam Baer has an entrepreneurial mind which she decided to integrate with the skills earned in the market to kick start her first business venture. Her investment began to pay off since she worked with Fortune 500 companies and other regional consumers.
Pamela Baer relocated to San Francisco after her marriage to Larry Baer. Despite having a beautiful family, 2002 was a challenging year for the couple since their son was hospitalized at San Francisco General Hospital, where he received life –saving treatment. This great deed touched Pam’s heart, and her zeal to support the community and the institution was born.
She has continuously supported the San Francisco Hospital Foundation, where she has also served as the Director for a couple of years. In 2018, Pamela Baer decided to leave office as the Director of SFGH, but she stayed determined and focused on supporting the project.
As a philanthropist, Pam has touched the lives of many families through her community-based projects. Pam is involved in several projects such as the Hearts in San Francisco and ‘For Goodness Sake’.
