The bright mind behind the growth and success of SCAD is none other than Paula Wallace. Paula is a teacher by profession. Before Paula Wallace SCAD came into existence, she taught at one of the public schools, and it is here she became the second parent to the kids, nurse, counselor, entertainer, and a public speaker among others.
To her, teaching was not just a career, but it was something she was passionate about and loved sharing her knowledge with those in need of it, especially the youth. Paula Wallace SCAD didn’t want to offer multiple careers, but only one with high market demand. Since SCAD’s birth, she became the president of this university and recruited specialized teaching personnel from all over the world to share in her passion and help bring her dream to reality. The team she led didn’t disappoint and in return, impacted useful knowledge to SCAD scholars. This helped the students get excellent jobs with big companies such as Apple, Samsung, BMW, and many more. Paula Wallace prides herself in seeing 99% of her students win high demanding jobs, and the rest become very successful in entrepreneurship.
Paula Wallace SCAD has become an international college with branches in three continents. The creation of these four SCAD institutions resulted from receiving requests from successful professionals from different areas of specialization to consider starting SCAD in their cities.
SCAD offers over 100 programs that were built from nothing. To familiarize her students with real work, Paula Wallace partnered with different organizations through their SCADpro program. The students were thus involved in the invention of new products for these companies. Through SCADpro Program, most students were recruited to these organizations as either interns or employees.
